An antiperspirant is something that stops you sweating. Use an antiperspirant, a roll-on antiperspirant, antiperspirant and deodorant.
It works with aluminium salts that plug the sweat ducts, which is what separates it from a deodorant, since a deodorant only masks the smell. It works best applied at night, when the ducts are less active.
