judgemental

UK/d͡ʒʌd͡ʒˈmɛn.təl/US/d͡ʒʌd͡ʒˈmɛn.təl/
adjectiveB2+Rare in speech; mostly a word you read · #14,766 of 15,258leans spoken

Judgemental means quick to condemn other people. Don't be judgemental, a judgemental tone, sound judgemental.

It is always a criticism, and it accuses somebody of condemning rather than of judging — everybody makes judgements and the word is about doing it harshly and out loud. Americans spell it judgmental, without the e, and both are correct in Britain.
