Laden means heavily loaded with something. Laden with fruit, a laden table, heavily laden.
It is slightly literary and takes with: laden with grief, laden with gold. It is the old past participle of load, and load's ordinary participle is now loaded — laden survives only in this adjective use and in compounds. Note bin-laden as a surname is unrelated; and that a laden ship sits lower in the water, which is where the word's weight comes from.
