Other forms: nomads
A nomad is a person who lives moving from place to place. A desert nomad, nomads of the steppe, live as a nomad.
Real nomadic life follows pasture and water on a fixed yearly round rather than wandering at random, which is the commonest misunderstanding. A digital nomad is somebody who works remotely while travelling, and the phrase is barely twenty years old.
