peeved

UK/piːvd/US/piːvd/
adjectiveB2+Occasional — familiar, but not everyday · #10,930 of 15,258leans spoken

Peeved means mildly annoyed. A bit peeved, peeved about it, looked peeved.

It is deliberately small — being peeved is irritation not worth an argument, which is why the word is faintly comic. A pet peeve is a small irritation somebody minds more than it deserves. Note peeve, which was made backwards from peevish, an older word meaning querulous.
