perfumed

adjectiveB2Occasional — familiar, but not everyday · #9,692 of 15,258leans spoken

Perfumed means scented on purpose, usually strongly. Perfumed soap, heavily perfumed, perfumed air.

It nearly always implies added scent rather than natural, which is why it is often a complaint — perfumed products are the ones people with sensitive skin avoid. Unperfumed and fragrance-free are the labels sought instead. Applied to air or a room it can be pleasant. Note that perfume comes from the Latin for through smoke, since scent was first made by burning.
