reusable

adjectiveB1+Rare in speech; mostly a word you read · #15,171 of 15,258mostly written

Reusable means made to be used many times over. A reusable cup, reusable bags, reusable packaging.

It only helps if it is actually reused enough times to pay back the extra material in making it, which for a cotton bag runs to dozens of uses and for some cups to hundreds. That break-even point is the whole question and is often left out.
