Straight ahead means directly in front, with no turning. Keep going the way you are pointed.
It is one of the four basic directions anybody needs when asking the way, alongside left, right and back. It follows the verb, so carry straight ahead or go straight ahead. There is a figurative use about focus, since looking straight ahead means refusing to be distracted. American English also uses straight-ahead as an adjective meaning direct and unfussy, particularly about jazz.
