Other forms: trampolines
A trampoline is a sheet on springs that bounces you into the air. Jump on the trampoline, a garden trampoline, a trampoline park.
The bounce comes from the springs stretching, not from the mat, and the mat itself barely gives. Most injuries happen when two people are on one at once, because one lands as the other takes off and takes both lots of energy.
