crossfit

nounB2Very rare — outside the 30,000 commonest English words, so you will meet it in writing rather than in speech — cross sits at #696neutral

Crossfit is training that mixes lifting, gymnastics and running. Do crossfit.

The variety is the whole principle, since no session is meant to be the same as the last. Crossfit is also a brand, which is why gyms have to be licensed to use the name.
