Regalia are the crown and other emblems worn by a monarch. The coronation regalia, full regalia, the crown regalia.
The British set is kept in the Tower of London, and almost all of it was made after 1660 because the earlier pieces were melted down under the republic. In loose use, full regalia means anybody's ceremonial dress.
