Other forms: trawlers
A trawler is a fishing boat that drags a net behind it. A deep-sea trawler, the trawler put out, a beam trawler.
Bottom trawling drags the net along the sea floor and is the most productive and most destructive way of fishing there is, since it takes everything and flattens the habitat as it goes. Deep-sea fishing remains among the deadliest jobs in the world.
