virility

UK/vəˈɹɪlɪti/US/vəˈɹɪlɪti/
nounC1Occasional — familiar, but not everyday · #10,478 of 15,258leans spoken

Virility is manly strength and sexual vigour. A symbol of virility.

It is now used more in advertising and in mockery than as any serious description. The Latin root behind it is simply the word for a man, which is why so much cultural baggage attaches to it.
