Other forms: visionaries
A visionary is somebody with bold imaginative plans for the future. A true visionary, hailed as a visionary, visionary thinking.
The word is handed out freely in business writing, where a visionary is anybody whose plan has not yet failed. The older sense is religious and means somebody who sees visions, which is where the flavour of the word comes from.
