Fulfilment is the picking, packing and sending of an order. A fulfilment centre, fulfilment costs, outsource fulfilment.

It is the unglamorous half of online retail and the half that decides whether customers return, since a late or wrong parcel undoes everything the shopfront did. A fulfilment centre is a warehouse organised around picking speed. Note the American spelling fulfillment with two l's; and the other sense, of satisfaction.
