replica

UK/ˈɹɛplɪkə/US/ˈɹɛplɪkə/
nounB2+Common in everyday speech and writing · #7,993 of 15,258leans written

Other forms: replicas

A replica is an exact copy of an object, often at another size. A replica shirt, a full-size replica, a replica of the ship.

It is meant to be recognised as a copy, which is what separates it from a forgery — the intention is the whole difference. Museums display them where the original is too fragile, and a replica shirt is the one sold to supporters rather than worn by players.
